Before the order is confirmed, the client will be asked which payment method he prefers .
There are 3 types of payment available:
- PayPal
- Credit Card (via secure PayPal connection)
- Bank Transfer
With PayPal and credit card, the order will be confirmed immediately, with payment by bank transfer, the order will be put into production as soon as we have confirmation from the bank.
Delayed Payment
It is possible to make payment in a single advance payment or deposit plus balance : the deposit to be made at the time of order and the balance to be made before the instrument is shipped.
You will be able to chose the option at the time of payment and the system will grant a discount if you opt for payment in one solution.
When the cart is confirmed, the available shipping options will be displayed, which may vary depending on the weight and volume of the goods.
Usually shipping costs are as follows:
- Europe: 25 Euro
- Rest of the world: from 67 Euro to 89 Euro
Shipments will always be made via express courier and bulky merchandise will be insured.

Custom Product Delivery Times
We build complete instruments from scratch and do not use semi-finished or ready-made products (excluding some pickup or hardware models). Therefore, the production of an entire instrument requires many productive phases that take time: once cut, timber has to "rest", bonding is needed, the paint must have the time to crystallize ... This is the guarantee of instruments constructed according to a certain quality criterion that we do not want to reduce, we know very well that the customer is looking forward to receiving his new guitar or his new bass, but the expected time will surely be repaid by an excellent instrument that fully reflects the expectations.
Times also depend on number of orders, there are times of year with more orders, and others with less,however we can say that delivery times vary from 30 to 180 days and even more for particularly complex instruments.
