PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The working days provided are to be regarded as indicative and may vary considerably from one period to another; they must not, in any case, be considered binding by both Gianand and the customer.
Payments accepted are PayPal and Bank Transfer. For the first method, the credit notification is immediate, while for the Bank Transfer the availability depends on the bank. Orders must be considered as accepted only upon receipt of payment, under no circumstances will we fulfil an order without the accreditation notification.
FOREIGN EXPENSES
All our deliveries have a non-customs clearance (DDU) free domicile excluding local taxes, duties and VAT, as commercially used in the European Community. Therefore, our deliveries include the cost of the goods, shipping costs to the address of the recipient. Any additional costs such as customs duties, import duties, local taxes, local VAT and/or other ancillary charges shall be borne by the recipient. All costs of returning goods from countries outside the European Community are entirely borne by the customer, as well as any customs, VAT and duty charges.
