Product sales via Internet are governed by articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumption Code). Such legislation provides for the consumer's right to withdraw from contracts or contract proposals, granting him the right to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expenditure incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which requires a customization. Typical cases are orders made through body configurators, necks and complete instruments.
For obvious reasons, any down payment can only be refunded if the custom instrument has not yet been put into production.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the product is not intact, that is:
- in the absence of the original packaging;
- in the absence of integral product elements;
- for product damage.
In the event of expiry of the right of withdrawal for the above reasons, Gianand will provide the Customer with the goods purchased, charging the shipment costs.
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively to consumers (persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or business activities) and therefore cannot be exercised by legal persons and persons who act for business purposes or professional activities.
Product return charges are borne by the Customer.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to communicate to Gianand within 10 working days of receipt of the goods the intention to withdraw from the contract in the following ways:

Within three business days of receipt of the notice of termination, Gianand will inform the Customer about the ways of returning the goods
Gianand will reimburse you within 30 days of the date on which you become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer. In the case that the product has already been delivered to the Customer, Gianand will reimburse the return of the product and verify its integrity.
For purchases made with one of the following payment methods :
- Credit Card
- bank transfer
Gianand will proceed to the refund by bank transfer.
For purchases made through PayPal payment, the refund will be credited to the Customer's account.
