Product sales via the Internet are regulated by Articles 50 to 68 ("distance contracts") of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This legislation grants consumers the right to withdraw from contracts or purchase proposals, allowing them to return the purchased product and receive a full refund.
However, this right does not apply to products that require customization. This includes, but is not limited to, any order placed through the body or neck configurators, or any custom-built instrument.
For obvious reasons, any deposit already paid can only be refunded if production has not yet started.
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The product must be returned intact:
- In its original packaging
- With all components and accessories included
- Undamaged and in original condition
If these conditions are not met, the right of withdrawal is voided. In such cases, Gianand will return the goods to the Customer, and shipping costs will be charged.
Who Can Exercise the Right
The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for private consumers, meaning individuals purchasing for personal use.
Legal entities or individuals purchasing for professional or business purposes are not eligible to exercise this right.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
Customers must notify Gianand of their intention to withdraw within 10 working days from the receipt of goods. This can be done via:

Within 3 working days of receiving the withdrawal notice, Gianand will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds
Gianand will issue a refund within 30 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notification.
If the product has already been delivered, the refund will be issued only after the product is returned and its condition has been verified.
Refund method:
- For payments made via credit card or bank transfer: refund will be issued via bank transfer
- For payments made via PayPal: refund will be credited to the Customer's PayPal account
